Return Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and uninstalled
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at LawlessCustomCycles20@gmail.com before sending your item back.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of motorcycle parts, any item showing signs of installation, use, or modification cannot be returned.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed or used motorcycle parts
Made-to-order parts, including Lawless Custom Cycles center stands, swing arms, and custom-fabricated parts.
Special-order items
Exhaust systems that have been installed or used
Electrical components that have been installed
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

For apparel, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have original tags attached.

If you're unsure whether an item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing. We're happy to answer any questions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, the quickest option is to return the eligible item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
