Off-Road Use Agreement

By completing this purchase, the buyer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in the Off-Road Use Acknowledgment and Purchaser Agreement below. The buyer affirms they have reviewed the agreement in full and consent to be legally bound by its requirements, disclosures, and limitations as a condition of purchase.

Off-Road Use Acknowledgment and Purchaser Agreement

Exhaust System Designed For Off-Road/Race Use Only.

This Agreement is made between:

Seller: Lawless Custom Cycles (LawlessCC)

And: The Buyer, as identified by the information submitted in the form below.

1. Product Description

The Buyer acknowledges they are purchasing an exhaust system ("Product") from Lawless Custom Cycles, designed for Off-Road/Race Use only.

2. Off-Road / Race Use Only

The Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees that:

  1. The Product is intended solely for off-road, closed-course, competition, or race use only.
  2. The Buyer is responsible for determining whether the Product is legal for installation or use in their state or locality.
  3. The Product does not have a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order and cannot be used on public roads, highways, or any emissions-controlled vehicle.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees that:

  1. They will not install or permit installation of the Product on any vehicle registered or operated on public roads or highways.
  2. They will use the Product only on vehicles operated exclusively in off-road environments, including track or race conditions.
  3. They are solely responsible for ensuring that the vehicle's configuration complies with all federal, state, and local emissions laws, including California regulations.
  4. They assume full liability for any violations, penalties, or damages arising from improper installation or use of the Product.

4. Seller Liability Waiver

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. Lawless Custom Cycles makes no representation that the Product is legal for street use.
  2. Lawless Custom Cycles shall have no liability for any fines, penalties, vehicle impoundment, emissions violations, or legal consequences resulting from misuse or improper installation.
  3. The Buyer fully releases and holds harmless Lawless Custom Cycles, its owners, employees, distributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the purchase, installation, or use of the Product.

5. Certification by Buyer

By agreeing below, the Buyer certifies and affirms that:

  1. They have read and understand the terms of this Agreement.
  2. They are purchasing the Product with the knowledge that it is not legal for use on any emissions-controlled or street-registered vehicle in California.
  3. They will use the Product exclusively for off-road, competition, or closed-course use.
  4. All information provided is accurate and truthful.
